Base Exchange

In the military, soldiers and their families buy what they need at the "BX" or Base Exchange. In FrontLine Clubs, the Base Exchange is where clubbers can spend the tickets and coins they earn each week in their club meetings.

Scouts are the exception. They earn stickers each week for their accomplishments, so they do not visit the BX. The obvious reason is that the coins and tickets could pose a choking hazard to these little ones, in addition to the fact that their ability to keep up with these items is doubtful.

The BX is open to different clubs each week. Each club should visit the store about every four weeks.

We recommend that you recruit one or two people to organize and manage your BX. They will need to purchase and collect items for the store, price these items, devise a system to organize and store the merchandise, and manage the store while it is open for business.
