Leadership - Commander, Captains, and Officers

Club Commander is the title of the person who is over the entire club. Each club (Scouts, Marchers, etc.) will have its own Captain. The Captain is the head person over that particular club. Officers are the workers in each club, under the command of the Captain.

You may wish to designate other posts for different responsibilities, especially if your club is large. Below are some examples.

  • Secretary of Operations
    Assistant to the Commander.

  • Records Secretary
    Manages attendance forms, awards, registration, and inventory.

  • Kraft Patrol Captain
    Gathers and organizes all the materials for the crafts in Scouts and Marchers each week. Manages the Kraft Patrol Officers.

  • Kraft Patrol Officers
    Work under the Kraft Patrol Captain to help organize and prepare for the craft time in Scouts and Marchers. Work with the Standard and Armor Bearer clubs to help them prepare and present the crafts in the younger clubs.

  • Base Exchange Officers
    Gather and organize the merchandise. Run the store during the club meeting.
