Record Keeping

All record keeping is accomplished using two forms: the Officer Tally Sheet and the Clubber Compilation Sheet.

The Officer Tally Sheet is used by De-Briefing officers. It is designed so that only one sheet is necessary to record five weeks of information for all clubbers in his de-briefing group.

The Clubber Compilation Sheet is the master form used by the club secretary to record one year's worth of information for a clubber on one sheet. Weekly information is transferred to this sheet from the Officer Tally Sheets.
